In our conversation we hit upon how a Foley artist works with the rest of the sound department, the different audio styles at Universal and Skywalker Sound,  and how to deal with troublesome people in the film industry. After the interview I share some thoughts on the merits of playfulness and on why it is dangerous to rely exclusively on work for fulfillment.
